Helping Drive Meaningful Change Throughout Organizations

We’re not about “checking boxes”. We understand that creating more inclusive work environments is not an easy task. It requires a clear plan, opportunities for learning and growth, as well as leadership that is committed to the reality of being authentically inclusive.

Why should leaders want a more inclusive organization? Nurturing an inclusive work culture creates a natural cohesiveness among colleagues, inspires honest conversations, and sustains a workforce who look forward to going to work everyday; because they feel included. Real Talk’s Sustainable Inclusion Training provides organizations the framework to implement a functional inclusivity strategy, with specialized learning content, and experiential learning sessions that allow participants to apply what they learn in everyday work life.

We offer two types DEI Workshops:

  1. Building Inclusion in the Workplace
    • our workshops target both managerial and non-managerial employees
    • participants are challenged to explore different themes in work life and their own personal lives
    • provides experiences and material for personal reflection on how employees can drive a change in an inclusive way on a daily basis
  1. Leading Through Inclusion
    • Leading Through Inclusion Workshops are focused around providing leaders with the tools to lead their teams in meaningful and transformative ways
    • Many leaders rarely possess the complete skill set to effectively address issues of inclusivity. We help effectually broaden their skill sets
    • We recognize that driving the right type of change is a top-down approach. Leaders must not only be equipped with the appropriate tools, but also the right mindset to create an inclusive environment and coach their employees efficiently
