Why should leaders want a more inclusive organization? Real Talk’s Sustainable Inclusion Training provides organizations the framework to implement a functional inclusivity strategy, with specialized learning content, and experiential learning sessions that allow participants to apply what they learn in everyday work life.

We offer two types DEI Workshops:

1. Building Inclusion in the Workplace
   
   • our workshops target both managerial and non-managerial employees
   • participants are challenged to explore different themes in work life and their own personal lives
   • provides experiences and material for personal reflection on how employees can drive a change in an inclusive way on a daily basis

1. Leading Through Inclusion
   
   • Leading Through Inclusion Workshops are focused around providing leaders with the tools to lead their teams in meaningful and transformative ways
   • Many leaders rarely possess the complete skill set to effectively address issues of inclusivity. We help effectually broaden their skill sets
   • We recognize that driving the right type of change is a top-down approach. Leaders must not only be equipped with the appropriate tools, but also the right mindset to create an inclusive environment and coach their employees efficiently
