Leadership Training

We believe that true leadership comes from a way of thinking. A perspective rooted in the betterment of all team members, by having a deep appreciation of their individual qualities and personal objectives. Our learning content focuses on developing a bespoke leadership acumen, by providing participants with real-life scenarios and introspection that allows them to have a true sense of the leader they are currently and the leader they want to be.

Training current and future leaders plays a pivotal role in the success of an organization. It strengthens individual and departmental ties, and aligns all levels of management with broader organizational objectives. Our leadership training modules are comprised of our key focus areas:

The ultimate objective of our training is to facilitate the long-term sustainment of forward-thinking leadership at all levels of an organization. We believe in giving individuals giving the right tools to observe, assess, communicate, and apply effectual leadership techniques.

Leadership Coaching

Our one-on-one coaching programs are geared to address the many individual challenges that leaders face, by properly assessing the qualities of leaders and developing a coaching path that is suitable to their needs. Our coaching program cover a number of important topics:

  • Identifying your coaching needs
  • Deciding what leader you’d want to be
  • Being the leader you strive to be
  • Conversations with yourself
  • Conversations with your team(s)
  • Being able to critique and take criticism
 
Effective Presentation skills
 
Not all leaders are comfortable speaking in front of groups, or delivering compelling presentations. The task of creating a succinct and engaging presentation with an effective balance of visuals and verbiage, can be a daunting task for many managers, directors, and executives. Our presentation skills training focuses on:
  • Identifying presentation challenges
  • What makes a good presentation to you?
  • Working backwards: What do you want as a result of your presentation?
  • Balancing visuals, audience participation, content, and you
  • Tightening Up: Continuous Assessment and Improvement
Team Building

Bringing your teams together whether in-person or remote is still important if not more so nowadays. This change in the definition of the workplace has opened up gaps. Team Building is about coming together, learning something new or dusting off something you learnt years ago and also learning about each other. This is key to building cohesiveness and increasing collaboration!
