Our programs are designed to have participants take part in activities and discussions that link learning topics with real life context and perspectives that are not always presented in mainstream education.

Real Talk also offers Personal Success programs to help students deal with the challenges of working independently from home by offering programs that help stimulate autonomous learning through critical thought. These programs provide a full-suite of programming that allows students to self-asses their own strengths and weaknesses, setting goals, building strong study habits, and creating effective routines.

The task of ensuring employees at all levels of a company comprehend the intricacies of racism, cultural etiquette, and diversity is a difficult undertaking to say the least. Racial or ethnic tensions in a workplace has numerous negative effects on the work environment and the organization as a whole. Employee discontent can lead to complaints against other employees and management, which could turn into legal issues and even human rights cases.

Real Talk’s targeted programming for corporations, and small-medium size businesses provides companies with specialized resources that allow them to not only asses the issues that are facing their organizations, but also facilitate effective training programs that address, reduce, and prevent any issues that may arise with staff through group and individual learning programs.
